Should you wish to be a patient at Family Dental, please only contact them nearer the due date of your next check-up appointment or if you have a problem/emergency.
Please note, you are not under any obligation to be a patient at this practice
If you choose to go to a different practice, it isn't normal practice to transfer your records unless requested by your new dentist. They will be kept securely for 15 years or until your 25th birthday whichever is longer
